Identity PGHelpDesk operations that need to be implemented with chatbot
Consolidate common SharePoint Lists in PDGo and PDHelpDesk
Implement a simple Power App with a multi-step form, e.g. enter name and email on one screen, enter favorite food/book on the next screen, then save the data in a SharePoint list.
Implement a PVA to fill and submit the form
